Blessed are they that mourn for they shall be comforted.

Matthew 5:4

The midi playing is "Where There Is Faith" and was one of Jennifer's favorite hymns.  It is so appropriate for this site for truly the Lord's voice keeps calling us to stand strong in times of trouble and sorrow.

I don't normally prefer dark colored backgrounds for my web page, but the tear falling from the woman's eye in the picture above really moved me.  All of us have cried oceans of tears.

This is a site for the weary and the lost; a site for anyone facing the death of their loved one or any of life's tragedies. It is a site for those searching for healing, hope and faith.

We pray you will find help during times of mourning and loss and darkness.  We pray you will find God in your darkest hour.  If we can help, please let us know.

But most of all, this site is a testimony and tribute to our precious Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ for all our hope lies in Him.  Because He died for each of us, death is not final.  Our loved ones who accepted Him are waiting for us in a world much better than this; a world free of sorrow, suffering and pain.  And when we hold them in our arms again, it will be forever.

Please pull up a chair, grab your Bible and a cup of coffee or tea and spend some time with us, exploring God's promises and reviewing God's word.  We pray your visit will be a blessing to you and hope God will use it to draw you closer to Him.

"When you reach the end of your rope, grab the hem of His garment"

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.

John 3:16

When Sadness Comes

When life brings untold sadness,
Is different than we've known,
We wonder just how we'll make it,
How we can carry on.

We try to hold our heads up and,
Make it through the day.
But we are oh so sorrowful!,
As we try to make our way.

Sometimes we hurt so much inside,
We can't seem to find relief,
Especially when alone with our tears,
There's nothing but our grief.

Just know that Jesus loves us,
He knows about our pain.
If we open up our heart to Him
He'll help us smile again.

If we turn our eyes upon Jesus,
And His promises we claim,
When shadows of the evening come.
Grief will not remain.

We'll find Him in the morning light!,
And feel His presence there.
He's there for us with open arms
And for us will care.
